What is the OMBS Membership Year?

The Membership Year for the Old Mill Boathouse Society is September 1 through October 31.
When are membership fees due?

Club membership rosters will be required once notice to submit is given by the Board on September 1 each year. Clubs will be required to send their current year rosters (ending Oct. 31). Invoices will then be sent out by the Treasurer based on roster numbers.
What are the membership fees?

Current membership fees are $15 per adult and $7.50 per minor (under 19).

Under the Old Mill Boathouse Society’s Commercial General Liability policy, coverage for a new member does not depend on when OMBS receives their name. Coverage begins once the individual becomes a member of a club that is recognized under OMBS, meaning they have enrolled with the club and are included on that club’s official membership roster.
Providing updated membership lists to OMBS is important for record-keeping and underwriting purposes. Members are insured but only with respect to the conduct of OMBS business operations.
